Free online peer support groups for Arizonans living with bipolar disorder, anxiety and panic, and ADHD. Especially for those of us carrying more than one.
Arizona peer support for bipolar, anxiety, and ADHD.
Most support groups are built around one diagnosis. Real life doesn't sort itself that neatly. Bipolar and anxiety travel together. ADHD hides inside both. If you carry more than one, you've probably sat in rooms where half of your story didn't fit. We built a room where all of it does.
The highs that felt like the real you. The lows that took months. The rebuilding in between.
An alarm nobody else can hear. A body that braces for a threat that never shows up.
A mind with twelve tabs open and the one you need buried somewhere behind them.
Two or three at once. Meds for one that stir up another. Coping skills that work in one room and fail in the next. Our flagship group, every Tuesday.

“I should have been dead many times over. I'm not, and the people who helped me stay weren't the ones with the credentials. They were the ones who had been where I was. That's what Rebuilt Minds is.”
